We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. To be eligible for a return:

The machinery must be in the same condition as when sold.
The customer must ship the machinery back at their own expense, using a verifiable method and packing it reasonably to avoid damage.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied, and initial shipping costs will be deducted from any refund.

If the product is defective or not as described, Memedovski Kompani will cover the shipping costs. In most cases, we will ship replacement equipment to the customer, who will then return the defective equipment using a pre-paid shipment method.

2. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
